The project is conceptualized as a layered public base with amenities programmed around the idea of “living with water as a family-oriented life style”, plus a fourfold of ‘Kissing’ towers that are configured in an interlocked puzzle-like form.
Each tower consists of a different variation of a residential meta-type. The meta –type re-evaluates conventions of domesticity by dividing the ‘home’ to public and private enclaves, with an in-between thorough open yard. Derived from this meta-type, we have proposed a type with a flat middle yard and a type with a sloped middle yard.
The units are arranged along a single-sided open-air corridor. Amenities include open-air and air-conditioned pools, a seafood restaurant, an immersive kaleidoscope featuring water-inspired media and psychedelic audio-visual experience, a water-slide, an oxygen bar, and water massage spa, a detox bar, an upper floor social lounge, an upper-floor botanical butterfly garden, and an aquarium and fish-petting pound.
